BE CAREFUL WITH UV EXPOSURE

Recently, there has been a large increase in eye problems in captive chameleons.

The vast majority are bound by the very active offering of UV sources based on sometimes pushy sales of some pseudo/experts.

On the one hand, UV is necessary and beneficial because it is involved in a lot of physiological processes, including the notoriously known metabolism of vitamin D, calcium and phosphorus.

BE CAREFUL!

UV can cause deep burns, destroy internal organs and damage eyesight permanently.

It is better to consult an expert than to be pressured by sellers who will sell you the resource, but will not participate in the treatment of the animals and will not accept any responsibility for the death or damage you see.
